Do you offer payment plans for your coaching programs?

Yes, you can pay in full or in monthly installments.

How much time does coaching take out of my week/add to my schedule?

That is up to you! In my experience, when you are finally doing work you love, you lose track of time and enjoy every minute of it. Coaching is an investment FOR time. This process will take an inventory of your life and reallocate time to the things you value most.

Do I have to know anything about Human Design or Gene Keys to work with you?

No, I will provide you with all the relevant information you need.

Do you offer a guarantee?

Your results are guaranteed to your level of commitment. Coaching will not work unless you do. As your mentor, my promise is to guide you through the process and support you every step of the way.

Being authentic and genuine is important to me, so I naturally draw from my own spiritual experience and reference Biblical scriptures for perspective. Take what resonates with you and leave the rest.


Can you send my purchase directly to a gift recipient? Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, we can send your purchase directly to a gift recipient! Simply enter your address in the billing section and the gift recipient’s address in the shipping section. Special gift wrapping and a personal note are available for $10 per order. On the cart page, select “Add Gift Wrap” and enter your personal message.


When will my order ship?

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped within 2 business days, unless otherwise noted in the listing. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding all US holidays.


I need my order fast! Are you able to rush it?

Please contact us prior to purchasing if you are on a strict deadline and we will do our best to accommodate you. Otherwise, we advise to choose Express Shipping, and depending on your location, packages will arrive to you in one or two business days after they have been packaged and shipped (see above shipping time frame).


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! We are happy to offer the Lucy Celebrates line across the globe!

Please remember that international orders require extended shipping time, which varies considerably based on your shipping address. Also, note that import taxes and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs. Lucy Celebrates is not responsible for any additional costs incurred on international shipments. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before purchasing.


Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All orders are non-refundable. We will happily send a replacement if a physical product arrives damaged, but we must be aware of these damages within 7 days of receiving your order. If you have received an incorrect product or a damaged item and would like a replacement, please contact us.
