Lucy Celebrates gladly accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Lucy Celebrates Gift Cards, and Paypal. Sales taxes are applied based on the ship to location. We are only required to collect sales tax on orders to ship within the state of California. A current sales tax rate does apply.
Lucy Celebrates carefully prepares and packages each order from our studio in Newport Beach, California. Products ship within 2 business days, Monday through Friday, unless otherwise noted within the product description.
We have chosen the US Postal Service as the exclusive shipping provider. All shipping costs are based on weight and destination. Once items leave our shop and have been accepted by the USPS for delivery, Lucy Celebrates is not responsible for lost, damaged, delayed, misdirected or undelivered items. Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can do our best to resolve the issue. Please verify your shipping address is correct at checkout (through our shop AND through PayPal, if you choose to checkout with their services) before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses.
International orders require extended shipping time which vary greatly based on your shipping address. Please note import taxes and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs. Lucy Celebrates is not responsible for any additional costs incurred on international shipments. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

Our desire is for you to be 100% satisfied with your new Lucy Celebrates product and we have a no questions asked return policy for 30 days from date of purchase. If you have received an incorrect product or a damaged item and would like a replacement, please email email@example.com with your name, order number, and photo of item within 7 days of receipt. We will generate a return shipping label (for US shipments) for you to ship the item back to us, at no additional cost to you. We ask that you save all packaging materials for a quick, safe return. We are happy to send you the correct product, provided the replacement product is in stock. Should your replacement product be out of stock, we will send out your replacement item as soon as we have more.
Personalized products are custom designed and printed as soon as you proof your order, therefore all sales are final. Should an error be made by Lucy Celebrates or one of our vendors after your proof has been approved, the items will be re-printed and shipped at no cost to you. If an error has been made by the customer, we will, as a courtesy, reprint the items at a 30% discount off the current sale price.
