What does an Intentional Month look like for you? The word “Intentional” means done on purpose. Every month of the dated Intentional Planner begins with space for you to schedule in four areas of your life intentionally. Let’s take a look at some examples to get your minds thinking of new ways you can make this year the most meaningful one yet.
SPIRITUAL How can you grow closer to Jesus this month? Some ideas may be to set your alarm 20 minutes earlier to spend time reading the Bible. Sign up to serve one day at your church. Join a Bible study.
RELATIONAL In this space, I think of ways to nurture my home, family and friends. What family traditions can you start or celebrate this month? Who can you take to lunch or grab a coffee with?
HEALTH Make that doctors appointment. Drink 8 glasses of water every day. Research organic essential oils. Schedule daily activity breaks.
PROFESSSIONAL My professional list is long these days but I use this space to prioritize and make these items my focus.
Now that you have spent some time thinking about your monthly intentions, now schedule them into your monthly and dated views. What date and time will you do these things? Go ahead and use your favorite pen and mark that pretty planner of yours up! There is grace if you need to reschedule something but the important thing is you plan your days with intention.
